When will my order ship?

Orders placed today usually ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as we dispatch.

How long is delivery?

Typical timing: NL 1–2 business days, EU 3–7 business days. Remote areas can take longer. Couriers may need extra time during holidays or severe weather.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Currently EU-wide. Worldwide shipping is planned — email us if you have a special request.

What’s included with the board?

Each Airglider includes the board and an adjustable leash. Passenger use only. Keep your arm clear of traffic and obstacles.

Is it safe?

Use as a passenger only. Keep speed moderate, avoid obstacles, bad weather and busy traffic. Age 8+. Always use the leash.

Wood vs. 3D-printed — what’s the difference?
  • Wood: warm, unique grain, hand-finished feel.
  • 3D-printed: precise, consistent, lightweight.

Both are made in small batches and checked before shipping.

Can I get engraving or custom colors?

Yes — our customizer is coming soon. Until then, email support with what you have in mind (text, font, color) and we’ll confirm feasibility and price.

What payment methods do you accept?

Secure card payments and popular local options are supported. The exact methods for your country are shown at checkout.

What’s your return policy?

30-day returns for unused items in original condition. Custom/engraved items are usually non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing issue. Start a return by emailing support with your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If we haven’t shipped yet, we’ll try our best. Email us ASAP with your order number and the change you need.

What if my parcel is delayed, lost or damaged?

Reply to your tracking email or contact support. We’ll check with the carrier and arrange a solution (replacement or refund) once investigation is complete.

Care & maintenance
  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Do not store pressed under heavy items.
  • Keep away from high heat; prolonged water exposure may affect wood.
